How to Order
Preview Information:
Of the different pages presented, only the models with the Order button are available to order as they appear in the photos, the rest are custom projects that may or may not be replicated and quoted.
To Order:
Choose the desired model and click on Order, when the window opens specify the Reference, the Name by which it is identified, the Quantity and the Collection Method (manual collection or sending by post).
Please also provide your name, if you are sending by post, your address and if you wish to communicate by telephone, please provide the same or email address.
After receiving the email with the order and the above data, I will contact you to adjust any details, inform you of the shipping cost by post and give you the execution and delivery deadline.
When executed the model will be delivered by hand or sent by mail.
Payment/Delivery
Preview Information:
Payment for the model or project will be made at the end of its execution and before it is delivered/sent, if applicable the cost of shipping by post will be added.
Payment Options:
Cash payment option when collecting the model in person.
Payment option via MbWay.
Payment option by bank transfer, delivery/shipping will be made after payment has been received.
Shipping:
Shipping by post is preceded by packaging and storage of the model to avoid damage during the journey and then delivered to the post office for shipping. Registered shipping with acknowledgement of receipt produces a tracking number that will be sent to the customer by email.
Returns/Damages
Returns\Damages:
We are not responsible for any damage to the model caused by impacts or deterioration of the packaging due to shipping by post.
We take great care in packaging it, knowing its fragility as a hand-assembled piece, fragile and with small details.
We do not accept returns of models. If you have any questions about them, we advise you to present them when placing your order. In any case, we specify as much as possible about the execution of the same to avoid any ambiguity or lack of knowledge.
